Subject: Local Hires Wanted – VL205 Pride Center Project at Santa Ana College
CALTEC Corp. is currently preparing a bid for the VL205 Pride Center Project at Santa Ana College, a public works project to be awarded by the Rancho Santiago Community College District (RSCCD). CALTEC is bidding as the General Contractor; the owner’s bid is due April 2, 2025.
In compliance with RSCCD Board Policy 6610, CALTEC Corp. is actively seeking qualified Local Businesses — including MBE, WBE, DVBE, and veteran-owned enterprises — to submit sub-bids for inclusion in our bid package. The District has established a goal of 25% Local Business participation. Your bid will be documented as part of our good faith effort and considered for award if CALTEC is the successful bidder.
